This fall season is proving itself to be very strong. We have 11 tuba players and we're all pretty good, if I do say so myself. We still have at least one section reheasal per week, to instigate all the bell flashes and get the music technically worked out. Before each game we have a bell shining party where we break out the Wright's Silver Creame and go to town on our respective "axes," so that they reflect light brightly enough to blind the average person. Then we slap on the Bell Screens to awe the audience and distract them from our atrocious drill mistakes. Check out our Glossary page to get some more inside info on the Bear Bass section.
